What to Expect

I am lucky to be spending my days with horses & their owners. However, everyone (including myself :) ) must realize that for me, being a farrier is not just a hobby. This is my business, my career. The work that I do not only allows me to learn new things & do what I love, it also allows me to run my own life

In order for me to make my business succesful, respectful & trusting relationships must be made between farrier & clients. For this to happen, the following expectations will be met

Expect me to

  1. Arrive ready to work at the appointed time
  2. Notify you immediately if I am unavoidably detained
  3. Return phone calls in a timely fashion
  4. Be honest. If a situation becomes unsafe for you, your
  5. horse or myself, I will advise you of options before proceeding

I expect you to:

  1. have somebody present to catch and hold the horse (if needed)
  2. present payment at time of service, unless otherwise arranged
  3. provide all the information that I need to help the horse
  4. Be honest
  5. Give at least 24 hours notice for appointment changes
